What you'll do:
- Build and maintain internal AI solutions, autonomous agents, and automation pipelines
- Own and evolve the company's internal LLM infrastructure
- Define metrics, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria for solutions you ship
- Rapidly prototype ideas and drive them through to production-ready implementations
- Package proven approaches into reusable components, templates, and development standards — and help other teams actually adopt them
- Identify and champion high-impact opportunities to integrate AI into company workflows
What you need to succeed:
- Senior-level production engineering experience
- Strong Python skills
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, and neural network-based automation
- Proven track record integrating external and internal APIs, tools, and diverse data sources
- Ability to move fast from hypothesis to prototype to stable, production-grade solution
- Experience evaluating, validating, and QA-ing AI-powered systems
- Clear understanding of AI-specific risks: output instability, hallucinations, and model update impacts
- Strong engineering instincts, solid decision-making under uncertainty, and full ownership of results
- Comfort operating across disciplines and process boundaries
- Ability to explain technical solutions clearly and help teams put them into practice
Nice to have:
- Background in backend development and/or game development
- Experience writing documentation, shaping standards, or mentoring teammates
